Mrs. Aphrodite Loucaidou is an advocate in our Corporate and Commercial Department. She has obtained an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Sheffield, U.K. and a Master Degree in Criminal Justice (LLM) from the Law School of Nottingham, U.K. Mrs. Loucaidou is also a holder of a Master Degree in Business Law (LLM) from De Montfort University - Leicester, U.K. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2012 and began her practice.
Mrs. Loucaidou is experienced at drafting legal documentation and advising on various corporate documents. She is dealing with the formation, corporate restructuring and liquidation of companies and further assisting and advising clients on international banking matters.
